Leads can select multiple locations when submitting an event inquiry. How those leads flow into Tripleseat depends on your setup. For example, a multi-location inquiry can come into Tripleseat as a single lead under the first location selected, with the additional locations listed in the Additional Info field. Alternatively, Dexter can create a separate lead for each selected location in Tripleseat.
Do I need Tripleseat to use Dexter?
No. Dexter can also send inquiries straight to your inbox. If you add Tripleseat later, Dexter connects to it.
Does Dexter work with Tripleseat Hotels?
Yes. Dexter integrates with both Tripleseat and Tripleseat Hotels.
How is Dexter different from Tripleseat Direct Book?
They do different jobs. Tripleseat Direct Book lets guests instantly book smaller, standardized events. Dexter qualifies the larger inquiries that need a salesperson before they are booked. You can run both, and Dexter integrates with Tripleseat Direct Book.
How does paid advertising or marketing get tracked through Dexter?
When a lead comes from a paid effort (such as a Google, Meta or Reddit ad) or a marketing campaign (such as an onsite QR code or a newsletter), Dexter collects the UTM parameters from the source and attaches them to the lead it sends to Tripleseat. Dexter can also pass them to your Google Tag Manager, so you can track the conversion in tools like Google Ads.
